We are a husband and wife team new to ownership, but not new to the area or the trade.

Scott Francis Jewelers was created to carry on the legacy of Sid Steven’s Jewelers; a beloved fixture in historic, downtown Albany Oregon for more than 40 years.

Through a fervent dedication to craftsmanship and customer experience, we hope to further that legacy, and provide a welcoming location for another half-century, and hopefully beyond.

Scott has been a jeweler for over 20 years. He first got his start in a small town in Southern Oregon, and has spent his entire career passionately striving to master every possible intricacy of jewelry making. His one goal: making pieces that can and will be loved for multiple generations. A bit of a metalsmithing ‘nerd’, he has never shied away from exploring a new facet of creation. From interesting fabrication techniques almost lost to time, to figuring out how to incorporate other, ‘non-precious’ metals into pieces, he’s always up for a challenge.

Amanda is a life-long Oregonian, bringing a master’s degree in business, and over a decade of experience in helping other businesses run. She now gets the opportunity to foster the growth of her and her husband’s own dream. She has always been one to be fully committed to the experience of the customer, and is excited to bring that tenacity to the world of fine jewelry.
